Legal Advocacy for Medical Providers Foundation, Inc. (LAMP)
Established in the midst of the 2020 coronavirus pandemic, for the purpose of providing legal relief to healthcare workers who are on the frontlines of the war against the disease. Many need help, some are out of jobs, and money, and some are sacrificing their own health and family's well-being to tend to the community's care.
Healthcare workers and small struggling businesses can turn to LAMP to get FREE legal services including:
- Legal advice on daily matters, whether the matter is professional or personal in nature;
- To gain a better understanding of what your rights are under OSHA, FMLA, ADA, Cares Act, Family First Act, Bankruptcy, Eviction, or Foreclosure.
- Medical Contract advice and review for professional services
- Healthcare Litigation Defense (for claims involving licensure, allegations of negligence, tenant eviction, and foreclosure).
